Stamp Operator

Responsibilities

• Feed cigarette cartons through an automated machine that stamps, repacks, and returns them to a conveyor.
• Identify product and appropriate tax stamps.
• Maintain a sense of urgency, accuracy, and quality of work within engineered labor standards to ensure accurate product and shipments.
• Monitor the line and stamp machine to ensure smooth operation.
• Report any cigarette package or carton damages.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• A High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• The ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Benefits

• Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday. Start times: 5:00 am, 5:30 am, or 10:00 am until the end of production.

What You’ll Do
