Summary:

Join Millennium Print Group as a Foil Stamping Operator! We're looking for an experienced Foil Stamping Operator to join our team in Morrisville, NC.

• Set up and operate foil stamping and embossing equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Review job tickets and production specifications to ensure accurate machine setup and material selection
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety and quality standards
• Monitor production quality throughout each run and make machine adjustments as needed
• Communicate machine status, production progress, and supply needs to leadership
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine preventative maintenance
• Match dies, foil colors, and product specifications to customer requirements
• Inspect production samples and complete required production and maintenance documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience operating foil stamping equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with sheet-fed foil stamping and embossing equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
