Responsibilities

• The Stamp Operator operates and monitors an automated cigarette tax‑stamping machine.
• Maintain a sense of urgency, accuracy, and quality of work within engineered labor standards to ensure accurate product and shipments.
• Feed cigarette cartons through an automated machine that stamps, repacks, and returns them to a conveyor.
• Identify product and appropriate tax stamps.
• Monitor the line and stamp machine to ensure smooth operation.
• Report any cigarette package or carton damages.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
• Organized, problem‑solver, teamwork‑oriented, safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented.

Pay

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday 6:00 am‑3:30 pm.
