Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Perform pre-booth quality inspections of equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Accurately mix paints and stains using MaestroHue and other approved tools or systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling hazardous materials.
• Consistently meet daily production and quality targets to support site goals.
• Keep all work areas—including the paint mixing room, spray booth, and related equipment—clean, organized, and in proper working condition.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years’ experience working with mixing/matching stains and paints
• Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and applicable regulations related to the work environment
• Effective communication skills suited for a distribution or production setting
• Ability to understand, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer proficiency to perform standard work-related transactions
• Basic to intermediate mathematical skills, including precise measurement and proportion calculations for mixing colors
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to match stains and paints accurately; must be able to pass a color vision test as required
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new processes, tools, and techniques
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; flexibility to perform warehouse duties as business needs require

Physical Demands

• Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20-50 lbs)

Work Environment

Located in an environment with regular exposure to fumes or odors, temperature extremes, or loud noises which cause noticeable discomfort or moderate risk of accident or illness.
