Staffing Specialist (Recruiter)

About the role

At Openwork, you will be a Sales Recruiter in the midBase + commission category. Privately owned and independently operated, Openwork moves quickly and innovatively, giving each team member a significant voice.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for sales roles
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines and outreach efforts
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in recruiting or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Proficiency in ATS systems
