Staffing Specialist (Recruiter)

About the role

At Openwork, a high-growth, people-first staffing company, you will be a Sales Recruiter in the midBase + commission category.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and suitability for open positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term business growth.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates.
• Collaborate with other departments to align on hiring strategies and improve overall recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a sales or client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
