Responsibilities

• Sources candidates through various channels
• Conducts initial phone screens and interviews
• Prepares candidate packages for hiring managers
• Manages candidate relationships and follow-ups
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Develops sourcing strategies and pipelines
• Ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant recruiting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in ATS systems
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in a similar role
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
