About the role
At Openwork, a high-growth, people-first staffing company, you will be a Sales Recruiter in the midBase + commission category.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates through various channels
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare and present recruitment materials to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in sourcing and engaging candidates remotely
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Understanding of compensation structures and benefits

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
