About the role

The Staffing Manager will oversee the recruitment and placement of interim and temporary staff in the Accounting and Finance departments across Los Angeles and San Jose. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in executive recruiting, and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and placement of interim and temporary staff in Accounting and Finance roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage the staffing process from initial contact through to successful placement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Accounting and Finance sectors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of interim and temporary staff into client organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive recruiting or staffing management.
• Proven track record of successfully placing interim and temporary staff in Accounting and Finance roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in the Accounting and Finance industries is preferred.
