About the role

Responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management
  • CPA certification preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
