Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and maintain data reporting processes, tools, and Power BI dashboards to track business performance.
- Analyze complex datasets to report on performance trends, key metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner directly with IT and cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and automate reporting solutions across platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all active reporting frameworks.
- Design and implement Lean workflows to optimize operational reporting and eliminate process bottlenecks.
- Document reporting logic, dashboard structures, and data definitions for sustainable ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in data visualization, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Proven expertise with Power BI, data modeling, and data management principles.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Lean principles or workflow optimization.
- Must be a US Citizen or National to comply with ITAR/DOD facility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SQL, DAX, Excel, and Power Query.
- Background in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
- Experience developing operational KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
