About the role
Provide mechanical support during construction, installation, debugging, and startup of equipment and automated systems at manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise technical teams and develop project plans.
- Ensure safety compliance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Coordinate with system integrators and machine builders to deliver fully integrated process systems.
- Review and modify installation checklists, drawings, and specifications.
- Procure materials and assess existing equipment for compatibility with new installations.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on skills with tools and measurement devices.
- Knowledge of process variables, piping systems, drive trains, and schematics.
Skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, and MS Office.
- Project management experience.
- Experience working on manufacturing floors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and safety-focused.
Schedule
Flexible hours based on project phases. Travel is required for site deployment.
