Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler
Full-time, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
- Maintaining the department schedules and adjusting when needed
- Coordinating with managers to determine appropriate staffing levels, including developing metrics
- Receiving call-offs from staff and adjusting the schedule accordingly
- Predicting and filling future schedule needs based on paid time off requests
- Assisting with the onboarding of new associates
- Cultivating the PRN pool to cover area communities as needed
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements
- Prefer previous experience as a CNA or CMA to better understand the needs of the staff and residents
This position may require working evenings and weekends as needed.
