Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the department schedules and adjusting when needed
  • Coordinating with managers to determine appropriate staffing levels, including developing metrics
  • Receiving call-offs from staff and adjusting the schedule accordingly
  • Predicting and filling future schedule needs based on paid time off requests
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new associates
  • Cultivating the PRN pool to cover area communities as needed
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Prefer previous experience as a CNA or CMA to better understand the needs of the staff and residents

This position may require working evenings and weekends as needed.
