Responsibilities

• Provide effective daily staffing for the nursing department and review assignments with nursing management.
• Assist with processing PTO requests and ensuring coverage for employees taking PTO, including processing call-ins/absences to ensure coverage.
• Assist in correcting/editing staff time in the UKG system.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a hospital with staffing/scheduling responsibilities for all shifts for clinical and nursing personnel, managing staff schedules and time/attendance tracking.
• Additional Requirements: May be required to work occasional overtime, weekends, and/or flexible hours.
