About the role
Manage, coordinate, and confirm all staff scheduling in an efficient and timely manner to ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained and to minimize gaps in coverage.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a facility culture that is resident and family-focused.
- Support team-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Previous skilled nursing home experience preferred.
- Previous scheduling experience preferred.
