About the role

Under the direction of the Supervisor, you will provide staffing and scheduling support to nursing leaders for licensed staff roles. You will verify licenses and certifications, serve as a liaison between Nursing Administration and other hospital departments, assist with reports and staffing variances, and participate in recruitment activities for nursing services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide staffing and scheduling support to nursing leaders for licensed healthcare staff under the direction of the Supervisor.
  • Verify and maintain records of employee licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between Nursing Administration and other hospital departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist Nursing Administration in preparing reports, monitoring staffing variances, and supporting workforce scheduling activities.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts for nursing services, including candidate engagement and staffing support initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Experience with the use of a computer.
