Float Pool Staff

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct, high-quality medical-surgical care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities Include Applying standards of nursing practice to enhance patient care and quality of life through systematic evaluation.Establishing effective relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.Using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Considering holistic factors—physical, cultural, social, economic, spiritual, and more—in care strategies.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and communicating effectively to ensure culturally sensitive, ethical, and compassionate care.Educating patients and families on health maintenance, restoration, and comfort measures.Mentoring colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.Applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.Performing point of care testing and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.One year of RN experience in a float capacity or two years in a regional float role.Active RN license and BLS certification as per state requirements. Physical demands: Constant communication, standing, walking, frequent lifting, sitting, and visual and sensory acuity.
