Join a team that helps keep patient care running smoothly. Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a highly organized Staffing Coordinator to support our growing Express Care operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily staffing and scheduling needs across our Express Care locations.
- Respond to employee call-outs and unexpected staffing gaps, coordinating coverage solutions in real time.
- Build, maintain, and adjust staff schedules to support operational needs and patient care demands.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to address staffing challenges and ensure appropriate coverage.
- Communicate schedule updates, staffing changes, and coverage needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
- Utilize scheduling systems and workforce management tools to optimize staffing resources.
- Ensure scheduling practices align with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
- Enter and edit employee timecards to ensure payroll accuracy and finalize payroll each week.
- Support ongoing process improvements related to staffing and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred, or Associate's Degree in a related field of study preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience Customer service experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- 1-2 years of electronic database management experience preferred.
- Call center or high-volume practice experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, receptionist, or customer service roles preferred.

We understand that flexibility matters. After an initial onsite training and mentorship period, this position will transition to a fully remote schedule, offering the opportunity to work from home while making a meaningful impact across our practices.
