About the role

At Comfort Keepers of Luzerne, we are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This position offers competitive pay, immediate pay access, health coverage, paid time off, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistent coverage
• Serve as the communication hub between families and caregivers
• Support caregivers with clarity, empathy, and problem-solving
• Aid in recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Step in to support nearby Comfort Keepers offices when needed

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older
• Hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Live within 10–20 miles of Luzerne
• Be available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Have staffing or scheduling experience (preferred, but we will train a dependable learner)

Competitive Pay: $14.50 – $16.00/hour + performance-based bonuses
