About the Hospital

Vibra Hospital of Northern California, located in Redding, CA, is a 50-bed Critical Care Hospital and a 32-bed SNF providing long-term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our patients often require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all unit staffing plans, assess staffing needs, and schedule nursing personnel hours.
• Adjust staffing as required and call in replacement personnel at the discretion of nursing leadership.
• Assist with various human resources forms and processes, including status changes, new hire forms, requisitions, arranging follow-up interviews with applicants, and tracking evaluations and absences.
• Perform timecard edits and run appropriate time and attendance reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in scheduling and time and attendance tracking required.
• Minimum of one (1) previous administrative experience in a healthcare environment required.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $23.00/hr to $26.43/hr.
