About the role
This is a 0.9 FTE position. 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts between 7a – 11p will be scheduled. This will include 1:6 weekends and some holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization.
- Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs.
- Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field is preferred.
- One year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field is required.
- Three years in an administrative support function is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
