• Full-time
• Available shifts: 4am–12:30pm, 11am–7:30pm, or 3pm–11:30pm

Pay

Salary range: $21.31–$28.84 per hour

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts and orientation shifts based on staffing needs and approved guidelines.
• Monitor schedules and quickly reroute or backfill shifts when cancellations occur.
• Send and track shift confirmations to ensure staff know where and when they are scheduled.
• Communicate staffing changes clearly with float associates and hospital leadership.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and follow established scheduling processes to support a consistent, professional staffing office experience for clinical teams.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable.
