Responsibilities
- Schedule shifts and orientation shifts based on staffing needs and approved guidelines.
- Monitor schedules and quickly reroute or backfill shifts when cancellations occur.
- Send and track shift confirmations to ensure staff know where and when they are scheduled.
- Communicate staffing changes clearly with float associates and hospital leadership.
- Maintain accurate staffing records and follow established scheduling processes to support a consistent, professional staffing office experience for clinical teams.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable.
Qualifications
