About the role

A Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill finds, interviews, and qualifies job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market. This is a full-cycle recruiting role. You will engage in conversations with job seekers, build strong relationships, and match them with the right companies, jobs, and work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective candidates - via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, professional networking
  • Post jobs on job boards
  • Interview prospective candidates
  • Prep candidates for interviews with client companies - review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews
  • Contact candidates post-interview - recap interview, provide next steps
  • Deliver the good news! - extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates
  • Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates
  • Reach out to candidates who are on assignment - make sure they have everything they need!

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
