About the role

A growing staffing and workforce solutions firm specializing in the social services, behavioral health, special education, disability, and allied healthcare industries is seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, sales, business development, or lead generation and is looking to build a long-term career in staffing.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, source, and screen candidates for client openings.
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
• Make outbound calls to attract candidates and develop new business opportunities.
• Partner with the recruiting team to fill open positions quickly and efficiently.
• Auxiliary with account development and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
• Follow up promptly with candidate and client leads.
• Cookordination and attendance at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives.
• Help drive team performance by contributing ideas and sharing best practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

What They're Looking For

• Previous recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Candidates with experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or business development are encouraged to apply.
• Someone who is motivated to build a long-term career in recruiting and staffing.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or other sourcing tools is a plus.
