Legal Agency Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain relationships with attorneys and legal professionals across multiple practice areas.
• Partner with leading law firms and corporate legal departments to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing.
• Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruiting expertise to clients and candidates.
• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the continued growth of Talento's Legal Search practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting, staffing, or executive search experience, preferably within the legal industry.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in an agency environment is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to deliver exceptional results.

Location

Hybrid – 1 day per week in our Broadway office in New York City.
