Staffing Consultant-Agency Recruiter
About the Role
As a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you'll manage the entire process from sourcing to placement. You'll build strong relationships with job seekers, providing coaching and guidance throughout their job search journey. Additionally, you'll collaborate with your team, post job advertisements, and utilize online sourcing tools to identify top talent.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networking.
- Post job openings on job boards and other platforms.
- Interview and assess candidates, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Prepare candidates for interviews with client companies, including resume reviews and mock interviews.
- Follow up with candidates post-interview, providing recaps and next steps.
- Extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
- Maintain contact with candidates on assignment to ensure their needs are met.
- Engage in proactive cold calling to identify potential candidates.
