About the role

As a Staff Technical Program Manager within the Air Dominance & Strike team at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. Reporting directly to the Director of Air Dominance & Strike, you will lead the development and execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering innovation across autonomous airpower systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of technical programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the integration of autonomous technologies into existing and new systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, while driving continuous improvement in product quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning models to improve decision-making processes in autonomous airpower systems.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in program management, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience with autonomous systems, AI, and machine learning technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Experience with Lattice OS and similar AI-powered operating systems.
  • Knowledge of sensor fusion techniques and their application in autonomous systems.
  • Understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity best practices.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay

  • $191,000 - $253,000 USD
