About the role
As a Staff Technical Program Manager within the Air Dominance & Strike team at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. Reporting directly to the Director of Air Dominance & Strike, you will lead the development and execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering innovation across autonomous airpower systems.Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of technical programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous technologies into existing and new systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and end-users.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, while driving continuous improvement in product quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning models to improve decision-making processes in autonomous airpower systems.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in program management, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Experience with autonomous systems, AI, and machine learning technologies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Experience with Lattice OS and similar AI-powered operating systems.
- Knowledge of sensor fusion techniques and their application in autonomous systems.
- Understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
