About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager within Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver autonomous airpower solutions that meet the evolving needs of the U.S. and allied militaries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of technical program plans for autonomous airpower systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, software, and operations teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and timelines.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including government agencies, military personnel, and industry partners.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership on project progress and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to autonomous systems and cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in the defense industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in autonomous systems and AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of military operations, operational requirements, and the integration of autonomous systems into existing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, computer vision, and sensor fusion technologies.
  • Experience with autonomous systems and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
  • Understanding of international law and its impact on military operations.

Pay

  • $166,000 - $220,000 USD
