About the role
As a Senior Technical Program Manager within Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver autonomous airpower solutions that meet the evolving needs of the U.S. and allied militaries.Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of technical program plans for autonomous airpower systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, software, and operations teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and timelines.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including government agencies, military personnel, and industry partners.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership on project progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to autonomous systems and cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in the defense industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in autonomous systems and AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of military operations, operational requirements, and the integration of autonomous systems into existing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, computer vision, and sensor fusion technologies.
- Experience with autonomous systems and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
- Understanding of international law and its impact on military operations.

- $166,000 - $220,000 USD
