About the role
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Hardware Robotics, Air Dominance & Strike at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex hardware robotics projects that enhance air dominance and strike operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of technical program plans for hardware robotics projects
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to define project scope and objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in program management or project management
- Proven track record of managing complex hardware robotics projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong understanding of hardware robotics technologies and their integration into military systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Experience with Lattice OS and similar AI-powered operating systems
- Knowledge of autonomous systems, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies
- Experience with government contracting processes and regulations
Skills
