About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Hardware Robotics, Air Dominance & Strike at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex hardware robotics projects that enhance air dominance and strike operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of technical program plans for hardware robotics projects
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to define project scope and objectives
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in program management or project management
  • Proven track record of managing complex hardware robotics projects
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong understanding of hardware robotics technologies and their integration into military systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Experience with Lattice OS and similar AI-powered operating systems
  • Knowledge of autonomous systems, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies
  • Experience with government contracting processes and regulations

Skills
