About the role

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, Hardware Robotics, Air Dominance & Strike at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. Reporting directly to the Director of Program Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex hardware robotics projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee the integration of hardware robotics systems, ensuring seamless operation within the broader military ecosystem.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to cybersecurity and data protection.
  • Lead the development and execution of test plans to validate hardware robotics systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of hardware robotics systems into existing military platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on hardware robotics and/or autonomous systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or similar.
  • Strong understanding of hardware robotics technologies, including sensor fusion, computer vision, and autonomy.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks like PRINCE2 or MSP.
  • Knowledge of international defense regulations and standards.
  • Experience with data analytics and machine learning techniques.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
