Staff Solutions Engineer - Northeast

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales by helping customers understand the value of the company platform
• Build trusted relationships with clients throughout the sales lifecycle
• Assist with Proof of Concepts (PoCs) during the evaluation process
• Ensure customer satisfaction across assigned accounts
• Coordinate with product, support, and engineering teams to address customer needs
• Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and service engagements
• Contribute to marketing efforts through blogs, webinars, and field events

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in software engineering or sales engineering management, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise Software
• Strong understanding of cloud computing trends and open-source business models
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to lead discussions with Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms
• Familiarity with APIs, CI/CD automation frameworks, and AI technologies

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
