Staff RN for Trauma Intermediate Care unit

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity trauma patients requiring close monitoring and complex interventions.
• Perform thorough assessments, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, wound and post-surgical care, and respond rapidly to patient status changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families to ensure understanding and engagement in care.
