Staff RN - Trauma Intermediate Care

The Staff RN works in the Trauma Intermediate Care unit, providing comprehensive nursing care to trauma and post‑surgical patients in a high‑acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to trauma and post‑surgical patients in a high‑acuity setting.
• Perform patient assessment, complex monitoring, and IV therapies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and support safe transitions of care.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement.
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives within the unit.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license with relevant clinical experience in trauma or critical care.
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and patient education skills.
