About the role

This nursing position provides care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum in diverse settings, collaborating with the healthcare team and adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Performing assessments (30%)
• Planning and documenting interventions (30%)
• Evaluating responses and adjusting care (20%)
• Participating in process improvements (10%)
• Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (10%)

Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree
• RN license
• BLS certification
• A valid driver’s license

Schedule

• Night shifts
• 36 hours weekly
• Trauma Unit 1
