Staff RN - Trauma Intermediate Care Unit, Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to promote patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Develop and document care plans based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems.
• Carry out nursing interventions, evaluate patient responses, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Engage in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Current RN license as per Ohio Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• State Driver's License
• No prior experience required

Additional Info

Work in night shifts, approximately 36 hours weekly
