Role Overview This position involves providing high-quality nursing care on the Pulmonary Unit, collaborating closely with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists to care for patients with various respiratory conditions. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using nursing processes.Coordinating patient care activities and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.Providing care to patients across all age groups, maintaining professional growth and accountability.Managing patient ratios based on volume and acuity, with flexibility for extenuating circumstances. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.No experience required; new graduates are eligible.Hospital experience and one year of hospital work preferred.Current Georgia RN license or multistate license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Advanced specialty certifications are a plus.
