Staff RN, Admit Recovery Unit (Full-Time)

The Cardiovascular (ARU) RN plays a pivotal role in patient care, acting as a bridge between doctors, patients and families. The Admit Recovery Unit RN is part of a supportive, collaborative team that provides superior patient care, in a highly skilled, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-procedure preparation for invasive cardiology patients.
• Manage post-procedure recovery of patients receiving clinically advanced, lifesaving cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Additional life support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications relevant to specific units.
• Visual color acuity as required for the role in specific units.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 3×12‑hour day shifts with a late stay rotation; no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
