RN - Full-Time - Extended Recovery Unit

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care
• Partner with patients and families to align care with their goals
• Coordinate safe care
• Promote respectful communication
• Support performance improvement
• Participate in shared governance

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required upon hire
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred
