RN Full-Time - Extended Recovery Unit

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practices and cultural awareness. They perform the nursing process, partner with patients and families, and advocate for patient needs while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines. Responsibilities: Coordinate and document care, promote teamwork, participate in performance improvement and research activities, and develop protocols to enhance patient outcomes. Support resource efficiency and serve as preceptor or mentor to colleagues and students.Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree, RN licensure (single or multi-state), BLS and ACLS certifications. Less than one year of clinical experience preferred.Skills: Critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, commitment to professional development, and knowledge of current clinical standards.
