About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practices and cultural awareness. They perform the nursing process, partner with patients and families, and advocate for patient needs while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document care.
• Promote teamwork among healthcare staff.
• Participate in performance improvement and research activities.
• Develop protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
• Support resource efficiency.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to colleagues and students.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN licensure (single or multi-state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred.
