RN - Extended Recovery Unit

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a clinical setting. Responsibilities Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practices.Delivering relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involving patients and families in care planning.Coordinating safe, quality care through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration.Supporting professional development by completing mandatory and population-specific training, mentoring colleagues, and participating in performance improvement and research activities.Promoting evidence-based practice, adhering to policies and standards, and participating in data collection and protocol development.Efficiently utilizing resources and proactively planning patient care across the continuum. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies.Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills.
