About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting. They practice according to professional standards, evidence-based practices, and organizational policies, ensuring patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity.

Responsibilities

• Performs the nursing process, partners with patients and families, and promotes service excellence.
• Coordinates safe care delivery and supports performance improvement.
• Participates in evidence-based practice and research activities.
• Mentors colleagues and contributes to protocol development to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's or diploma nursing degree (bachelor's preferred).
• Active RN licensure (single state or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct RN experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies.
