Staff Product Operations Specialist

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Operations Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape how new products and process changes are introduced across the organization, with a strong focus on readiness, adoption, and smooth execution. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to assess impact, translate changes into clear documentation, and create scalable approaches that support successful rollouts. The work will help ensure teams are aligned, prepared, and able to navigate change effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Create scalable approaches for organizational readiness regarding new products and processes
• Conduct assessments of change impact across teams and workflows
• Build adoption plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Translate product changes into clear documentation and readiness activities
• Monitor rollout performance and address post-launch friction effectively

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, or Change Management
• Experience building processes from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of leading complex product launches or organizational rollouts
• Strong instincts in change management, including stakeholder analysis and adoption measurement
• Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into tangible product recommendations

Pay

$170,000 – $196,000 annually
