Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Management to translate product strategy and vision into iterative, actionable plans, ensuring a seamless and successful launch cadence for Verily Me and Lightpath.
  • Manage day-to-day workstream directions, connect cross-functional dots, and proactively resolve dependencies across product, marketing, software, and clinical teams.
  • Monitor day-to-day program health to surface process gaps or operational roadblocks; schedule and facilitate targeted cross-functional sessions to design and put rapid solutions into practice.
  • Drive the core operational rhythm (e.g., leadership syncs, launch readiness reviews) and manage the communication strategy, including Confluence hubs, to keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Define, build, and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows for the product team, ensuring tight cohesion, shared roadmaps, and operational alignment between the Verily Me and the Lightpath programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of program management or product operations experience within a fast-paced healthtech, or digital health organization.
  • Jira & Confluence Fluency: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including experience structuring multi-team projects, tracking cross-functional dependencies, and building clean status dashboards.
  • AI Tool Fluency: Practical, day-to-day experience using AI productivity tools (such as Google Gemini, Cursor, Claude or specialized project management AI extensions) to accelerate drafting, operational workflows, and data synthesis.
  • Adaptive Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to changing personalities and priorities, and a proven ability to establish solid relationships with cross-functional teams. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize key takeaways for executives or deep-dive into tactical details with execution teams.
