Who You Are

Product Marketing defines how Justworks wins—shaping our narrative, informing decisions, and driving growth through pricing, positioning, and GTM systems.

The Platform Product Marketing team owns the strategic marketing foundation for the Justworks platform and product portfolio. We connect product strategy to market impact—defining how innovations are packaged, communicated, and commercialized to drive adoption, growth, and long-term customer value.

We are seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager, AI & Analytics to lead the market strategy for AI across Justworks. In this role, you will shape how customers understand, trust, and adopt AI-powered capabilities while helping define the role AI plays in the future of our platform. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to bring new innovations to market, influence investment decisions, and ensure our AI strategy delivers meaningful value for customers and the business.

Your Success Profile

  • Own the strategic narrative for AI across the Justworks platform—defining how AI-powered capabilities support our platform vision, differentiate us in the market, and create value for customers.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value frameworks that help customers understand, trust, and adopt AI-powered experiences across products and workflows.
  • Establish a cohesive AI story across the portfolio, ensuring a consistent customer experience across products and touchpoints.
  • Serve as the voice of the market and customer for AI initiatives, bringing customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into product planning and prioritization.
  • Influence product strategy and investment decisions by identifying emerging opportunities, unmet customer needs, and shifts in the competitive landscape.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for major AI innovations, ensuring clear positioning, strong differentiation, and coordinated execution across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Guide launch readiness across teams, ensuring AI innovations are effectively positioned, enabled, and adopted in market.
  • Define commercialization strategies for AI-powered experiences, including packaging recommendations, value articulation, customer education, and activation plans.
  • Partner with Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive awareness, usage, and long-term engagement with AI-powered capabilities.
  • Measure and optimize the success of AI initiatives through adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, and business impact metrics.
  • Be the in-house expert on the AI landscape, including emerging technologies, competitive offerings, customer expectations, and market trends.
  • Identify emerging AI trends, competitive threats, and market opportunities that inform Justworks' long-term strategy and differentiation.
  • Help establish Justworks' point of view on AI in the workplace, shaping thought leadership and strengthening our position in the market.
  • Lead through influence, aligning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations teams around a shared vision for AI across the Justworks platform.
  • Drive high-impact AI initiatives from strategy through execution, creating clarity and momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity, helping teams navigate emerging technologies and make confident decisions in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on AI-related opportunities, risks, investments, and market developments.

How You Will Do Your Work

  • You connect pricing architecture to long-term business objectives, understanding the tradeoffs between growth, margin, competitiveness, and simplicity.
  • You anchor pricing decisions in customer value, segmentation insight, and real market behavior—not just internal targets.
  • You are fluent in financial modeling, scenario planning, and experimentation frameworks, and can translate complex analysis into clear executive decisions.
  • You build structured pricing processes and governance models that reduce ambiguity and drive alignment across teams.
  • You partner effectively with Product, Finance, Sales, Revenue Effectiveness, and Marketing to align incentives and drive execution.
  • You communicate pricing strategy clearly and confidently, translating complex tradeoffs into clear decisions and influence at the C-suite level.
  • You test, learn, and iterate—treating pricing as a dynamic lever rather than a static artifact.
  • You deliver measurable revenue impact while strengthening long-term customer trust.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, growth, or a related B2B SaaS function, with a track record of influencing product direction and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience owning positioning, go-to-market strategy, and commercialization for complex products, platforms, or emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and market dynamics, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and compelling market narratives. Direct experience marketing AI-powered products is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding storyteller: synthesize customer, market, competitive, and product signals into clear narratives tailored to audiences ranging from customers and prospects to executives and product leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy, roadmap decisions, and investment priorities through market intelligence, customer research, and business insight.
  • Proven experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Revenue, Marketing, Legal, and Operations without direct authority.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining strategy in rapidly evolving markets where customer needs, technologies, and competitive dynamics are constantly changing.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience evaluating product adoption, customer engagement, market opportunities, and business impact.
  • Experience in HR technology, fintech, payroll, workforce management, productivity software, or other SMB-focused platforms is a plus.

Pay

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $166,000.00 - $214,000.00 per year.
