About the role

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own high impact product areas across the supporter and nonprofit admin experience. Specifically, you will shape the future of how nonprofits run fundraising events on GoFundMe Pro, from ticketing and registration workflows, attendee and sponsorship management, onsite payments and check-in tools, auctions, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end ticketing and fundraising events experience, driving improvements in event performance, revenue, and supporter engagement
  • Build intuitive, high-quality experiences grounded in customer empathy and the real-world operational demands of running events
  • Operate with end-to-end accountability — from problem definition through delivery, optimization, and scale — while leveraging the system and collaborating with others
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, go-to-market, and data science partners to execute effectively
  • Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding the needs, motivations, and pain points of nonprofit teams running high-stakes events
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product and GTM decisions, define success metrics, and track outcomes
  • Champion your product internally — building clarity, excitement, and alignment across teams while influencing without authority
  • Drive strong execution by transforming ambiguity into disciplined execution — defining scope, sequencing work, mitigating risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring teams deliver against commitments
