Job Summary

We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the end-to-end checkout experience, driving improvements in conversion, payment success rates, and donor retention. This role sits at the intersection of customer empathy, data, and emerging AI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end checkout experience, driving improvements in conversion, payment success rates, and donor retention
  • Build delightful, intuitive experiences grounded in customer empathy and real-world behavior
  • Leverage data, experimentation, and customer feedback to increase conversion
  • Operate with end-to-end accountability—from problem definition through delivery, optimization, and scale
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, go-to-market, and data science partners to execute effectively
  • Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding user needs, motivations, and pain points
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product and GTM decisions, define success metrics, and track outcomes
  • Champion your product internally—building clarity, excitement, and alignment across teams while influencing without authority
  • Drive strong execution by transforming ambiguity into disciplined execution—defining scope, sequencing work, mitigating risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring teams deliver against commitments

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including leading growth initiatives for self-serve SaaS products
  • Skilled in Discovery that helps identify the right problems to solve and clearly articulate what not to build and why
  • Highly analytical and fluent in experimentation
  • Operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Excel at aligning cross-functional teams and leading complex initiatives across product, engineering, and GTM teams
  • Ai Powered and actively use AI tools to accelerate work across the product development lifecycle—from discovery and synthesis to PRDs, experimentation, and iteration
  • Leverage tools like Cursor and other AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, clarity, and decision quality in collaboration with Engineering and Design
  • Customer obsessed and growth minded

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience with increasing scope, ownership, and measurable impact
  • Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling successful products that drive customer and business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills—comfortable using both data and judgment to drive outcomes
  • Strong decision-making skills grounded in data, customer insight, and sound judgment
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, LLM-based research, prototyping, or analytics tools) and comfort applying AI across the PDLC to improve speed and quality
  • Experience working directly with customers and deeply analyzing consumer behavior and market trends
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and perform at a fast pace under pressure
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align teams, present to senior leadership, and drive execution
  • Humility, curiosity, and a bias toward learning

Preferred

Benefits

The annual U.S. salary range for this full-time position is $181,000 - $271,000. The company also offers equity and other benefits to employees, including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) saving program. In addition to this wage, there are geolocation differentials that will increase pay depending on the work location. Additionally pay may vary depending on other factors including skills, experience, education, or training.
