Product Manager (Volunteer Opportunity)

About the role

As Volunteer Product Manager at Outcome School, you will own the vision and execution of our learning content ecosystem. You'll create and organize training resources, build our knowledge library on GitBook, and design compelling slide decks and presentations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who cares deeply about education and wants to shape how learners experience our content.

Key responsibilities

• Product vision and strategy
• Define the roadmap for Outcome School's content and learning products. Identify gaps, prioritize initiatives, and communicate direction to the team with clarity and purpose.
• GitBook library and knowledge base
• Build, structure, and maintain Outcome School's content library on GitBook.io — including training materials, guides, reference documents, and onboarding resources.
• Content creation
• Write and produce clear, engaging educational content — from course materials and training guides to how-to articles and learner-facing resources that reflect Outcome School's voice.
• Slides and presentations
• Design and build slide decks on Google Slides — for workshops, stakeholder presentations, training sessions, and outreach materials that are clear, professional, and on-brand.
• Stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with educators, learners, and the Outcome School team to gather feedback, understand needs, and continuously improve the quality and relevance of our content.
