Assistant Manager

About the role

The Role: A Team Lead at Slick City Action Park is an early-leadership role designed to provide high-potential individuals with hands-on experience in both people and operations management. This position offers the opportunity to lead and support a team while also performing the duties of a regular Team Member.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends
• Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park
• Maintain proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Train new team members and supervise current team members to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
• Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to guests, team members, and management
• Maintains proper team member/employer relations and addresses any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition, and performance
• Works under the direct supervision of the GM and AGM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities
• Works as a team with other management team members

Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles; prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the needs of the business
• Experience in Family Entertainment Centers, Food Service, Retail, and/or Hospitality is strongly preferred

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekends only
