About the role

The Staff Product Designer will lead the design systems and platform initiatives within the organization, ensuring consistency and scalability across all product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design systems that align with brand guidelines and user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions
• Drive the adoption of design principles and best practices across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in product design or related field
• Experience leading design systems and platforms
• Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with both design and non-design stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive innovation and improve user experiences
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
