Staff / Principal Product Manager, Marketing Technology (MarTech)
About the role
Inkitt is building the Disney of the 21st Century, leveraging AI and predictive algorithms to discover unknown stories and turn them into blockbuster hits. The company produces a new $1 M ebook every seven days, distributes them through the Inkitt Galatea app, and translates best‑sellers onto the screen via Inkitt CandyJar, the #1 US‑based micro‑drama platform. Inkitt is expanding into Ironblood, the first AI‑native streaming platform for action and adventure, and is backed by top venture capital firms.
The role operates in a fast‑paced, experimentation‑driven environment where ideas are continuously pitched, refined, and measured against impact. Performance is judged on the ability to beat one’s own top‑three ideas and on the realized impact of shipped features.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Inkitt’s marketing‑technology and measurement ecosystem across Galatea, CandyJar, and Ironblood.
- Manage mobile attribution and measurement end‑to‑end (MMP, SKAdNetwork/AEM, Conversions API) to ensure clean, trustworthy signal flows to Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
- Build the measurement and experimentation backbone, including incrementality/true‑lift testing, event pipelines, audience segmentation infrastructure, and dashboards for the Growth team.
- Oversee the martech stack and integrations (attribution, CDP/event pipeline, campaign & lifecycle platforms, ad‑platform APIs), making build‑vs‑buy decisions, selecting vendors, and governing QA and release processes.
- Collaborate closely with User Acquisition, Growth, Lifecycle/CRM, Analytics, and Engineering to translate needs into a martech roadmap and ship tooling that compounds performance.
- Drive features and tooling through the full product lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
- Establish data quality, privacy‑by‑design, and observability to ensure trustworthy numbers and rapid decision‑making.
- Communicate experiment roadmaps, hypotheses, and results to team members and leadership; educate and influence cross‑functional stakeholders to secure buy‑in.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research to explore and validate opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in a fast‑growing B2C consumer‑tech company with mobile app focus.
- Deep expertise in marketing technology and measurement, including mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), SKAdNetwork/AEM, Conversions API, event pipelines/CDP, and performance measurement/incrementality.
- Proven track record building measurement, experimentation, and martech tooling that materially improved paid acquisition and/or lifecycle efficiency.
- Exceptional analytical skills with advanced SQL ability to quantify qualitative and quantitative data for product and strategic decisions.
- Strong technical fluency; ability to partner deeply with engineering on data pipelines, integrations, and tooling (hands‑on data‑engineering background a plus).
- Experience partnering with paid‑UA and/or lifecycle/CRM teams; familiarity with paid‑social, paid‑search, and DSP/programmatic measurement.
- Self‑starter who can deliver results with limited supervision and thrives in a fast‑paced, experimentation‑driven environment.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves, adopt a builder mentality, and take ownership of outcomes.
